Our approach

Refer. Assess. Recover at work.

STEP 1

Refer

Send a referral by form, phone or email. We acknowledge it within one business day and confirm next steps with you. The worker signs their consent and the insurer approves the referral before anything starts.

STEP 2

Assess

An experienced rehabilitation consultant completes an initial assessment with the worker, the treating team and the workplace, covering the physical, psychological and workplace factors that shape recovery.

STEP 3

Recover at work

A recovery at work plan with agreed goals, suitable duties matched to certified capacity, staged upgrades and transparent reporting through to a safe, durable return.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you need SIRA approval to provide CTP rehabilitation?

No. SIRA approval applies to workplace rehabilitation providers in the NSW workers compensation scheme. Redux Rehab holds SIRA approval for the Same Employer stream, and CTP rehabilitation requires no such approval.

Who can refer to Redux Rehab?

Insurers and case managers, employers, treating doctors and practitioners, and workers themselves. Use the referral form, call (02) 8403 2320 or email [email protected]. We acknowledge every referral within one business day.

What does Same Employer workplace rehabilitation mean?

It means we help injured workers recover at work and return to safe, suitable duties with their existing employer. We work with the worker, the employer, the treating doctor and the insurer to plan and step up duties in line with the certificate of capacity.

Which areas do you cover?

We service New South Wales, based in southern Sydney, with worksite visits by arrangement and telehealth options where appropriate.

What does a referral cost?

Workers compensation and CTP services are billed to the insurer in line with the applicable scheme fee arrangements. There is no cost to the worker.

Ready to make a referral?

Insurers and case managers refer workers to us, and employers, treating practitioners and workers can ask for workplace rehabilitation. We acknowledge every referral within one business day, and every program runs on the worker's signed consent and the insurer's approval.
